A/B Mixer — A simple video mixer that has only two inputs (A and B) and can perform simple transitions between the two videos.

Anamorphic widescreen — Anamorphic widescreen https://wikipedia.org/wiki/Anamorphic_widescreen is a technique to store and transmit widescreen pictures on a medium that is originally meant for narrower pictures, by compressing the picture in the horizontal dimension.
Any-Source Multicast (ASM) — Receivers do not specify source from which to receive traffic; (*,G) messages are used; Routers learn the source of the multicast traffic from the source address of the multicast traffic itself; RP (rendezvous point) is required to send the multicast joins to; IGMP V2 or V3.

Aspect ratio — The ratio of width to height of a picture, e.g. an aspect ratio of 2:1 or 2×1 means the picture is twice as wide as it is high.
Audio breakaway — Associating different audio content with video than the original audio
Audio Infrastructure Solution (AIS) — A solution for an audio or radio infrastructure with audio- and radio-specific workflows and requirements.
Audio shuffling — Re-arranging audio channels in a different manner within the audio stream or SDI signal.
